This 1970s housing underwent a complete make-over. A new open plan kitchen / dining space was created with large bi-fold doors onto the garden. The utility annex was redesigned while the front of the house was remodelled to include a new covered entrance area with timber cladding. A contemporary family home fit for modern living is created.
